BeaverFest FAQ
1) When does camping open?
2026 Beaverfest Camping opens Thursday Sept. 3 at 4PM and closes Monday Sept 6 at 12PM. Please stick to the schedule so we have the time we need to set up and tear down.
2) What amenities are available at Snow Ridge?
Flush toilets, full bar and restaurant for dinner on Fri&Sat&Sun, A la carte breakfast Saturday, Sunday & Monday, Skate park (with lights), Water spigots in camp area, WiFi, bonfires, bands, vendors, and immaculate vibes.
3) Is there cell service?
Yes, Snow Ridge has cell service! Wifi is also available if you have a specific request.(Rumor is a new tower will be installed nearby just in time to give us the best service possible.)
Most of the area has good service, but expect to have no cell service at the Beaver. (This includes Taylorville, Eagle, Moshier, and Soft Maple.) Don't worry, we provided downloadable maps below!
4) What are the campsite rules?
- No fireworks or weapons of any kind
- No personal campfires (central bonfires every night)
- Dogs must be on leash at all times and picked up after
- Quiet hours start at 11PM (but the party continues in the bar until 2am!)
- Leave No Trace! (Lots of trash cans around)
5) What's the schedule?

PLEASE SIGN IN AT ALL RELEASES! - Seriously, we can not stress enough how important it is that everyone takes 2 seconds to protect these rivers.
6) What's the King of New York race schedule?
Follow them here for the best info. The schedule is usually:
Friday - Moose: meeting at 4pm race at 4:30 (LeMans start)
Saturday - Raquette: meeting at 10am, race starts 1pm (mandatory practice lap)
Sunday - Eagle: meeting at 1pm, "round robin" start
Awards ceremony and after party is in the bar on Sunday night.
7) What's the party schedule?
Explore and enjoy yourself! When folks are heading to bed please move to the common areas and mingle so everyone can get the amount of sleep they need. If you really want to let loose come into the bar where it is soundproof so the night owls can have a great time without affecting anyone else.
8) Where are the put ins and take outs? What else is there to do in the area?

9) I'm a Class III boater. What runs will be good for me?
